MID Database Enquiries

For more information on changes to the MID process, please review the Q&As on our RSA Integration – Important Information page.

  • To add or update vehicles, visit our third party MID portal provider, Motor Data Solutions (MDS).
  • When your motor policy migrates from DLG to RSA you will receive an email from them asking you to log in to their portal to set up access.
  • If your policy doesn't start or renew on or after 2nd September 2024, MDS will not be able to support any queries you direct to them.
  • Once MDS have sent you your email, if you have any questions about portal access please contact them.
