We’re adding National Windscreens to our approved suppliers list, alongside Autoglass, so your clients can benefit from greater choice when it comes to windscreen repairs and replacement.
Using our market-leading approved suppliers means your clients will receive a level of service from companies which have been carefully selected because they meet our standards. Your clients may also benefit from our minimum excess. National Windscreens and Autoglass bill us direct for any work carried out – one less thing for your clients to worry about.
National Windscreens have 108 fitting and ADAS calibration centres across the UK and 800 mobile glazing technicians offering a 24-hour-a-day service, 365 days a year. On average they’re only 11 miles away from your clients.
They supply and fit all types of vehicle glass and use the trademarked Partscheck system to ensure the right glass selection is made first time. When replacing a windscreen, National Windscreens offer a lifetime guarantee against defects for the lifetime of your client’s ownership of the vehicle.
National Windscreens have an ‘Excellent’ customer service rating, with an average score of 4.7 out of 5 as of May 2020.
Autoglass have expert fitters available nationwide and all their work meets manufacturers’ required standards. They’ll always try to repair rather than replace as it’s better for the environment and quicker, so your clients’ vehicles are back on the road sooner. They only use high quality glass, to the standard of the original and offer a guarantee that lasts as long as your client owns the vehicle.
We’ll be in touch with further details, but we wanted to let you know in advance that our minimum windscreen excess will be increasing to £100 for Fleet. This will increase further if your clients do not use one of our approved windscreen and glass suppliers.
If your client has a windscreen claim they can visit our Claims contact page which highlights all the methods of reporting motor claims to NIG, and how to contact one of our approved windscreen providers.
