At NIG we are constantly striving to deliver the best customer service to our brokers. Gathering feedback from our brokers is the best way to improve our service, in turn making NIG even more effortless to trade with.
We are delighted to announce that our commercial claims team have launched their customer survey* earlier this month giving our brokers and their clients the chance to provide feedback with regards to how we service claims.
The surveys will be sent out after First Notification of Loss and at Claims Settlement providing an opportunity for our brokers to give valued feedback on specific questions including ease of working with NIG. These surveys will be sent electronically and should only take a short time to complete.
Rob Smart, Head of Commercial Claims, commented: ‘Customer surveys such as these are a great chance for our brokers and their customers to pass on feedback regarding our current performance. We in commercial claims are committed to improving our customer service and we are keen to take the feedback gathered in these surveys to help make the claims process even more effortless’.
