2015 marked a huge achievement for NIG being ranked the Number 1 eTrade platform in the Insurance Times E-trading Broker Insight Survey - and we knew that maintaining this achievement with such fierce market competition was going to be a challenge.
The results of the 2016 Insurance Times E-trading Broker Insight Survey were published last week and and we're delighted and proud that our eTrade platform, TheHub, has been voted number one for the second year running.
Key highlights include:
• Our overall rating rose from 3.85 to 4.02 out of 5.
• We ranked first across 8 out of 13 different service criteria.
• This year we clinched top place for ‘user experience’, improving on 2015's ranking of 2nd in this category.
It’s great recognition for all the hard work that’s gone into evolving and enhancing our eTrading proposition. It builds on what we delivered in 2015 including adding LiveChat to TheHub and expanding our team of eConsultants to help our brokers get the most from eTrading.
We're not resting on our laurels and will analyse the full results of the survey to identify how we make our eTrading proposition even stronger.
In 2016, our commitment to ease, excellence, and expertise has already seen us deliver an additional eProduct into our portfolio with the launch of Office and Surgery in March, and we’ve recently gone live with an enhanced customer journey on TheHub. This summer, we'll also be going live with electronic documents which will make trading with us even easier and more efficient.
